*Portal : All weekly check ins, nutrition plans, monthly training plans, messages , and progress photos will be recorded in the portal.
*Customized Meal plan / Macro counting (Simply keeping track of protein carbs and fat grams):You will do this by Downloading My Fitness Pal : This is where you will plug in your customized macros that I give you. You will log your food daily in the app. You will follow the meal plan or/macro plan as designed. As you log your food your grams for the meal are deducted. It’s like managing money! You will receive diet breaks, refeeds as needed.
*Phone consults: as needed basis to discuss any questions, concerns or struggles. You will signup for calls through the portal!
*Weekly check ins VERY IMPORTANT! – Every week you will get a reminder of your check in. You will check in every Sunday or Monday whatever is easiest for you. It is best to do first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. You will check in through the portal with scale weight, and waist and hip measurements and a picture. You will also answer some simple questions.

Overall training plan: If you decide to also do workouts and nutrition, your workouts will change every month and nutrition will change as needed. They are customized for you. There are no cookie cutter workouts or meal plans. We are all beautifully unique and different! Nutrition only clients, I will change diet as needed to reach your goals.
